January 7th—May 27th

Date details +

The Shambhala Sadhana is a chanting and visualization practice written by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche just prior to the conclusion of a year long retreat. The Sakyong composed this text to deepen our personal and social connection with basic goodness. The Shambhala Sadhana powerfully and simply communicates the essence of basic goodness and enlightened society.

Join us as we practice the Shambhala Sadhana, through which we unite our voices and our visualization in order to embody and realize enlightened society.

"I have composed a sadhana known as the Shambhala Sadhana that helps us, through the powerful practice of meditation, deepen our insight and feeling of basic goodness and enlightened society."–The Kongma Sakyong, Jampal Trinley Dradul

There is no cost to attend and participate in this practice, though donations are always welcome.
