Our Facilitator -
Sarah Woodard entered Shambhala Buddhist practice in 1979. She soon relocated to Boulder, Colorado to study and practice directly with Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche. Integrating this study and meditation into ordinary life situations has meaningfully and deeply enriched her life and her roles as householder, mother and bodyworker. Sarah has taught Shambhala Training Levels and Buddhist study courses for more than 25 years. She also served as co-Regional Director of Shambhala training. Discovering the simplicity of goodness in our lives, touching human struggle and softening into our basic, natural opening, continues to motivate her practice and study.
