Shambhala Sadhana

The Shambhala Sadhana: Discovering the Sun of Basic Goodness.

The word, Sadhana, from Sanskrit, literally translates as a means of accomplishment.

In this particular sadhana we unite our voices, visualizations, and heart felt intentions that we and all societies will re-discover our inherent sanity, our basic goodness, our unconditional well-being.  Our basic goodness is our true nature, the union of our awake wisdom and compassion, both individually and collectively.

The Shambhala Sadhana is usually offered monthly on the Sundays closest to the Full Moon.  (You may find it helpful to confirm on the website calendar.)  Please do your best to arrive a few minutes early and to stay for the entire practice from 10 until 11:30.

If you wish to stay, light refreshments are offered afterword with friendly discussion of your experience and questions about the practice.
